The First Global Meeting of GNHiAP Members – October 2017
The first meeting of GNHiAP was hosted by the National Health Commission Office of Thailand, with the following objectives:
- Agree on the vision, mission and slogan of the network.
- Agree on the governance structure of the network.
- Elect the Steering Committee, the Executive Committee and the Chairperson of the
network. - Develop and agree on a workplan.
H.E. Bahar Idriss Abu Garda, Federal Minister of Health of Sudan gave an introductory speech in
which he presented the background of GNHiAP and was elected for the Chairperson of the network Steering Committee.
The meeting took place from 2-3 October 2017 in Nakhon Pathom Province, Thailand.
